The evening will celebrate the work of Jason Robert Brown, Stephen Flaherty, George Gershwin, Alan Menken, Lucy Simon, and Maury Yeston.

Manhattan Concert Productions will present Broadway Classics in Concert, featuring a handful of Broadway favorites, February 20 at Carnegie Hall.

The evening will celebrate the past five years of MCP’ Broadway Series: Crazy for You (2017, now eyeing a Broadway run), The Secret Garden (2016), Parade (2015), Titanic (2014), The Hunchback of Notre Dame (2014), Broadway Classics in Concert (2013), and Ragtime (2013). Show time is 8 PM.

Currently scheduled to perform are Michael Arden, Sierra Boggess, Carolee Carmello, Allan Corduner, Quentin Earl Darrington, Ramin Karimloo, Norm Lewis, Laura Osnes, Lea Salonga, Ryan Silverman, and Tony Yazbeck—all alums of Manhattan Concert Productions.

Attendees can expect musical selections from past MCP-presented shows and other repertoire by their composers: Jason Robert Brown, Stephen Flaherty, George Gershwin, Alan Menken, Lucy Simon, and Maury Yeston.

The evening will be helmed by Don Stephenson and musically directed by Kevin Stites with a chorus of 400 singers from across the United States and the New York City Chamber Orchestra.
